Overview
NEOFACE is an AI mental health monitoring product designed for adolescents under 20, positioned as a “safety airbag” for youth mental health. Through long-term, continuous tracking of emotional and psychological states, it helps students and parents achieve more timely and cost-effective prevention and relapse protection during the early stages of illness and later treatment phases.

Based on research findings, we discovered:
- Stigma surrounding mental health issues among parents and students is gradually diminishing; Over half of current outpatient mental health patients are high school students whose issues stem from academic pressure. Both students and parents express willingness to explore non-pharmaceutical interventions and monitoring methods during early stages and post-treatment phases to reduce risks and enhance recovery stability. In contrast, medication carries potential side effects and high costs, while student health insurance typically covers only 300–500 yuan, creating significant financial burdens.

NEOFACE is dedicated to transforming traditional outpatient emotional diagnosis capabilities into scalable AI monitoring solutions: leveraging specialized AI models to identify long-term emotional fluctuations and trend shifts in individuals, and providing timely medical alerts and personalized intervention recommendations based on continuous monitoring data—shifting the focus from “problem detection” to “early warning and prevention.”

Currently, NEOFACE's first MVP has completed clinical testing: achieving 100% accuracy in disease analysis and 80% success rate in severity assessment.
